CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PRICE BASED ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE DESIGN. FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS PLEASE FILL OUT OUR ORDER FORM.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
SOONER THE BETTER! WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BOOK AT LEAST 3Â WEEKS IN ADVANCE. SOMETIMES WE NEED TO GET SPECIAL SUPPLIES. FORÂ ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR EVENTÂ FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY?
IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR DATE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE. IF YOUR ORDER IS UNDER $100 FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. WITHOUT THE RETAINER, WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR DATE. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO PAYING CUSTOMER. THE BALANCE IS DUE 2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT. ANY CHANGES TO AN ORDER MUST BE DONE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, BUT KEEP IN MIND THE PRICE MIGHT INCREASE. LAST MINUTE ORDERS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL AND THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
DELIVERY IS FREE UP TO 10 MILES ROUND TRIP. A FEE OF $25 WILL BE ADDED AFTER FOR ADDITIONAL MILES.
DISCLIAMER
Once a the item leaves my possession, I am no longer liable for it. Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. I highly recommend all cakes and cupcakes are served inside or not placed outside no more than 30 minutes before serving.
